PROCEDEO is collaborating with Longview ISD to execute the $456.2 million 2024 bond program, a transformative initiative aimed at upgrading facilities, enhancing safety, and expanding opportunities for students across the District. The program includes comprehensive renovations at key campuses, new construction projects such as a Career and Technical Education facility and an Early Childhood Center, and improvements to athletic and extracurricular facilities. As the Program Manager, PROCEDEO oversees project planning, design management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with district goals and community expectations​
