PROCEDEO was selected as the Program Manager for the Fort Worth ISD 2017 and 2021 Capital Improvement Programs. PROCEDEO was tasked with managing the new construction, renovations and modernization at campuses encompassed within each of the programs totaling over 74 projects. PROCEDEO was responsible for managing all processes, from planning through close out on all projects.

The bond programs consisted of providing major interior renovations, new construction and modernization of campuses throughout Fort Worth ISD to accommodate education specifications. Examples of work included new state-of-the-art campuses, Career and Technical Education spaces, science classrooms, expanded libraries, and collaboration and makerspaces,  secured front-entry vestibules for schools, upgrades of corridors, common areas, media centers, and cafeteria spaces for student collaboration, and refitted science labs and modified classrooms to meet space requirements.

Rolling Hills Elementary School

The Rolling Hills Elementary School project involved the construction of a two-story facility for Pre-K to 5th-grade students, featuring central administration spaces, a cafeteria, multipurpose room, gymnasium, and classrooms. The design included a split-level media center with two interior courtyards, core academic wings for grades 2-5, art and science labs, collaboration pods, and outdoor play areas. Eastern Hills High School

The Eastern Hills High School project, part of the 2017 Bond Program, focused on modernizing and expanding the campus to better support grades 9-12.
